If your dog or cat mistakes his/her tag for a chew toy. We are happy to assist with replacement. We do have a Special Chew Replacement Fee available for situation like this. To take advantage of that discount, please Email us and we’ll be glad to help you.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
- We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 15 business days.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Unfortunately this is required by law, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:
The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

Returns
We gladly accept cancellations with in 1 day of purchase.
Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged.

Shipping times:
- We ship within 15 business days.
- US orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
- Canada orders take 3-7 business days to be delivered.
- International orders take 5-21 business days to be delivered.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Our studio is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment.
